Small Group Classes

Small group lessons for all levels:  

• Beginner classes are for those who have rarely (or never!) played beach volleyball, or play only 3 (or more) on 3 (or more) beach volleyball. Also suitable for those who have only played indoor volleyball.
• Intermediate classes REQUIRE that you are able to pass, set and hit consistently, and are comfortable playing 2 on 2 beach volleyball.
• Advanced classes REQUIRE you to be a competitive beach volleyball player with significant experience.

An on-court fitness class that doesn't require any prior volleyball skills, but is a great workout that will get you in great shape for beach volleyball! All to the tune of fun and upbeat music.
